Current base rate: 20 CAD/hour (Approximately 15 USD/hour). This rate is subject to change.

By commissioning me, you agree to the all terms listed. Failure to follow terms will result in commission cancellation

I retain all copyright to my art. Do not remove signatures, repost without credit, claim artwork as your own, or resell.

Clients must state if their commission will be used for personal use or used commercially for profit. Commercial work will always require an additional commercial fee.

Signature/tag visibility and legibility must be maintained, and credit must be given when posting to any site.

I maintain the right to refuse a commission request, or cancel a commission for any reason.

All goods sold are digital. No postage is necessary and nothing will be physically delivered. A digital file will be sent to you via the account used for contact.

Terms are subject to change.

All payments are to be made through Paypal invoices.

No refunds when artwork is completed.

A price estimate will be provided upon request. The final price may vary greatly from the initial estimate. Updates will be provided to document final price and progress.

A minimum of 25% the estimated final price is required upfront with a 3 day window to pay or commission request will not be accepted. This amount can be refunded prior to the rough stage if the client changes their mind. The remaining amount will be requested when artwork is completed, or payments can be made in multiple instalments. Files will be sent after the full final price is paid.

All sales are final, no refunds past the rough stage, as you will receive digital files.

Any changes, or revisions past the rough stage will require an additional payment, depending on the revision.

Any commissioned artwork may be used as example/ portfolio art posted on artist's social media. If you do not wish for your artwork to be used as example work feel free to say so and your artwork will not be posted.

Client must provide a clear and descriptive idea of the work they would like. Clients must provide reference images if required.

Turnaround can range from a few weeks to a few months, depening on workload and commission complexity, as I want to ensure clients get the best artwork I can offer.

Work in progress will be provided to the client throughout the process or when requested.
